Delivery Information


Shipping

You will receive your order in four (4) to six (6) business days from the date your order was placed. For earlier delivery, we're happy to expedite your shipping for an additional charge:

Actual delivery times and costs are subject to change. The delivery times and costs displayed in the shopping cart at the time of your order will reflect your shipping charges, and when you should expect to receive an order placed on that day. This information will also appear in your order confirmation email.

For delivery the next business day, orders must be submitted Monday through Thursday by 11am ET. FedEx orders placed on Thursday after 11am ET through Friday 11am ET will arrive on Monday. FedEx orders placed on Friday after 11am ET and over the weekend will arrive on Tuesday.

We do not offer 1 business day delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, or to PO boxes. For shipments to Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Alaska, Hawaii, or APO addresses, our standard is First Class mail through the United States Postal Service.

 

Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Shopping experience at Caratruman, you may return items sold by Caratruman.com within 15 days of delivery for a refund.

· We are unable to accept returns of certain items, including:

· Any item returned more than 15 days after delivery.

· Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.

· All returns must be in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

· We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.

· You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 14 business days of our receiving your return. Brollytime.com does not refund shipping and handling charges.

· If a product is damaged in shipment, please email helpdeskline@caratruman.com for replacement instructions.

GIFT RETURNS

If the item you are returning was designated as a gift when purchased or was not shipped directly to you from Caratruman.com, please note, that the refund will be issued to the original purchaser of the gift.
